My name is Alireza, and I am the Director of DreamMed. 

I am a General Practitioner with a special interest in Gastroenterology, and I work as a Senior Medical Officer at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and a General Practitioner at Silky Oaks Medical Practice. 

Additionally, I serve as an Associate Professor in Primary Care at Griffith University, QLD. 

With a PhD in Pharmacy from the Queensland University of Technology, my focus is on digital health technologies, and I actively collaborate with colleagues to foster the adoption of innovative tools in healthcare. 

I am dedicated to integrating generative AI into clinical settings to improve patient outcomes. My professional commitment is to enhance clinical practices through technology, ensuring better healthcare delivery. I am an advocate for the education and empowerment of healthcare professionals in the digital health space. 

My name is  Mahan. Presently, I serve as a Primary Health Organisation Manager at DreamMed. 

 I hold a BSc and an MSc in Health Service Management and am completing my PhD at the School of Medicine and Dentistry, Griffith University, Australia. 

With 11 years of academic experience complemented by 11 years in professional roles, I have improved my deep understanding of healthcare systems’ complexities. My work is driven by a profound commitment to improving healthcare delivery and outcomes. This includes expertise in planning, coordination, innovative research, and the assessment and accreditation processes necessary for advancing health services. 

My research interests span health service management, digital health, health governance, public health, disaster management, and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. 

My vision is to shape a resilient healthcare system capable of adapting to the future health needs of the target population.  

My name is Kourosh. Presently, I serve as a Health Technology Assessor at DreamMed. 

I am an experienced Health Technology Assessment (HTA) professional with over six years of expertise in the field. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management and a Master's degree in Technology Assessment, and I have worked extensively in health economics, evidence synthesis, and project management.

I began my career as a Technical Assistant at the Iran Ministry of Health, where I gained valuable experience in healthcare research and policy development. Subsequently, I served as a Lecturer and Healthcare Research Assistant focusing on HTA, where I honed my skills in economic evaluation, data synthesis, and systematic reviews.

My name is Parinaz. Presently, I serve as a biostatistician at DreamMed. 

I am a biostatistician and health data scientist with over 10 years of experience in biostatistics teaching and research positions. My main research interests include integrating statistics and mathematical modelling to improve health outcomes in large-population studies and adapting novel Bayesian statistical methods for treating infectious diseases. I am dedicated to advancing health research and fostering the next generation of biostatisticians through teaching and mentoring efforts.
